A hilarious comedy about a small retirement home using questionable tactics to stay afloat.
Not only was Call Girls a SOLD OUT show before gala night commenced but people were still talking about this hilarious comedy for weeks afterwards. The fabulous cast and crew were a mixture of young and not so young, new and definitely not new actors and crew. Michael Jones, who is now the Patron of Te Puke Repertory was thrilled to be in the directors chair again. He says it is his 'swan song' but we are not convinced. Pam Chapman, Assistant Director, tirelessly assisted Michael throughout the event. Pam has directed many plays before and they were like a duet - finely tuned in perfect harmony to produce a wonderful result.
